Contribution policy

Contributions help DVRSFY research, design, build, operate, and sustain its collective work.

What a contribution is

A contribution is voluntary support. DVRSFY is not a charity, and contributions are generally not tax-deductible. A contribution does not purchase ownership, control, voting rights, investment returns, a specific product, or a guaranteed outcome.

Use of funds

Funds may be used collectively across research, product development, design, infrastructure, professional services, administration, communications, and other reasonable operating needs that advance DVRSFY's mission.

One-time and recurring support

Stripe-hosted payment pages will show the amount, currency, and whether a payment is one-time or recurring before confirmation. Recurring support can be cancelled through the method provided by Stripe or by contacting DVRSFY.

Refunds

Contributions are normally final once processed. We will review requests involving duplicate, unauthorised, or clearly mistaken payments, and provide refunds where required by law. Contact us promptly with the payment date, amount, and email used.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's terms and privacy practices apply to payment information submitted on its hosted pages.
